At Vector People Consultants, we believe it is helpful to understand likely costs before having a conversation.
Most team development interventions cost between £1,800 and £5,000, depending on the length of the session, the number of people involved, the level of design required and whether additional tools such as Insights Discovery, MBTI or TKI are included.
We typically work with teams of up to 12 people, which allows sessions to remain interactive, practical and focused on the people in the room.
Half-day team development from £1,800
Full-day team development from £3,200
Virtual half-day from £1,425
These prices include consultation, workshop design and facilitation.
Travel, venue costs and any optional assessments are priced separately where required.

You do not need to know exactly what the solution looks like before getting in touch. If you can tell us a little about your team, the challenges you are facing and what you would like to improve, we can recommend an approach and give you a clear indication of cost.
Factors that can increase the overall investment include:
Additional design time, for example where a session needs to be built from scratch or tailored around a specific organisational challenge
Psychometric or diagnostic tools, such as Insights Discovery, MBTI, TKI or psychological safety assessments
Individual feedback sessions alongside the team intervention
Pre-session interviews or stakeholder conversations
Bespoke reports or analysis
Follow-up workshops, coaching or ongoing support
Travel and subsistence, including mileage, rail travel, accommodation and reasonable food expenses where required
Multiple delivery days or locations
Where possible, these costs are discussed and agreed in advance so you have a clear picture of the likely investment before committing.
Our workshop fees include an initial consultation, preparation and design, and facilitation of the session. Any psychometric profiles, diagnostics, travel or additional support are priced separately.
Where travel is required, reasonable travel and subsistence costs are charged in addition to the intervention fee. This may include train travel, mileage, hotel accommodation and reasonable food expenses. Wherever possible, these costs are agreed in advance.
